Our Guarantee
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund - or exchange - if the item is still in stock. Refunds will be in the full amount of the item's purchase price less the cost of shipping.
WITHIN 15 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE:
14 STIX gladly accepts returns of unworn and unwashed or defective apparel and clothing accessories for refund- or exchange - if the item is still in stock. If the reason for return or exchange is due to manufacturer defect, shipping damage or error on the part of 14 STIX, we will provide a pre-printed shipping label to cover the shipping costs back to us. All other returns to 14 STIX will be at the expense of the customer. Golf equipment and training aids must not be used and must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging (this means if you're not sure you want it - don't unwrap it or remove it from the manufacturers packaging unless it can be neatly replaced in it without damage to the packaging). Equipment that has had the protective plastic removed from the head, shaft or grip will not be accepted for return - and all shipping costs to return the item back to you will be solely at your expense. Any training aids or other miscellaneous golf merchandise that is not in the manufacturers original packaging will not be accepted for return - and all shipping costs to return the item back to you will be solely at your expense.
Refunds will be in the full amount of the item's purchase price less the cost of shipping on the original order. Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll make an exchange, if the item is still in stock, or issue a merchandise credit based on the original selling price.
AFTER 15 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE:
Items will not be accepted for return after 15 days of the original purchase.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Initiate a return by selecting "Initiate Return/Exchange" in the drop down menu on the email form in the Contact Us section.
- In your email please indicate:
- Order Number
- Order Date
- Reason for Return/Exchange
- Fill out the return form on your receipt and be sure to include the RMA number.
- Package the item along with all tags and the receipt.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the box and send to:
