  1. What is 14 STIX?
    14 STIX is your mainline to limitless deals on golf equipment, apparel, and accessories – one deal at a time. Here's how it works. Every night at midnight (12:00 AM - Central Time) we post a new, drastically discounted deal and sell it until it's gone. Other deals could get posted throughout the day, but you'll just have to check back to find out. The deals go fast, so don't be slow getting to The Tee.

    But, 14 STIX is more than just an online store peddling golf gear. We're a community that's devoted to the game of golf; preserving its history and traditions and fostering growth for its future. We're actively involved in organizations committed to the same goal and we encourage you to do the same.
  2. One deal at a time? What's up with that?
    No, you're not missing something. We're not hiding other deals from you. We bring you one deeply discounted golf deal at a time and sell it until it's gone. Simple as that.
  3. Three item limit?
    We're hooking you up with great deals so that you have the gear to look and play great – not so you can fatten your plaid pockets reselling gear on eBay. Three items per household – and, yes, we'll check. Golf's a gentleman's game – so act accordingly and we'll continue to outfit you with the best deals around. Break the rules and you'll be DQ'd from play.
  4. I missed a deal. Can I still get that product?
    There's no two-stroke penalty for being late to The Tee, but if you show up late to a deal and it's already sold out, well, you missed out. We might get more of that item at a later date, but there are no guarantees. Check the site frequently and subscribe to our alerts that will give you FOREwarning of newly posted deals. Think of it like practicing your short game. The more you practice the more putts you hole. The more you check the site the more deals you'll snag before everyone else.
  5. Where can I check my order's status?
    You can check your order status by clicking on Locker Room. Once you log into your account you can view:
    • Order Number
    • Total Shipment Cost
    • Shipping Method
    • Tracking Number & Shipment Status
    • Info on printing a new copy of the receipt and initiating a return

  7. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we'll ship internationally. We use FedEx for all shipments outside of the Continental US. Shipping time is usually between 5 and 10 business days. International shipping rates vary significantly based on weight and destination.

    You can estimate shipping charges by placing an item or items in your cart and entering your shipping/billing information. The charges will display once you click "Continue". Don't worry, placing items in your cart and entering your billing information doesn't obligate you to purchase anything. You can also contact us for an estimated international shipping cost but the other method is faster.

    Customs, Duties, and other taxes: International orders are subject to taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Generally, customs fees are collected by FedEx at the time of delivery. if you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and additional fees required to return the package to us.
  8. Do you charge sales tax?
    Online businesses like 14 STIX only have to charge sales tax on orders shipped to the state where they're located. We're located in Kansas (save the Wizard of Oz jokes, we've heard them all). If your order is being shipped to Kansas you will be charged sales tax. Orders shipped to states other than Kansas will not be charged sales tax (you're welcome).
  9. How do I create an account?
    To create an account, click the 'start here' link underneath the Sign In button on our main page. All you need to do is enter your email address and create a password. You'll have the option to fill out your shipping and billing information at that time, but if you're in a rush you can do that at a later time. Next, click the 'Create New Account' button. That's it – you're now an official member of the 14 STIX club. When you return to 14 STIX, log in as a Returning Customer.

    Creating an account with 14 STIX gets you access to these benefits:

      – View every detail of every order you've placed on the site
    Quick and Easy Return Processing
      – You can initiate a return and track the status of your refund all from within your account
    One-click Shopping
      – Your shipping, billing and encrypted credit card information are saved in your account. You can access and change that information at any time. Read our Privacy and Security policies by clicking on the links.
  10. What payment methods do you accept?
    We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
  11. What domestic shipping options do I have?
    FedEx Ground is the default shipping option – but if you're in a hurry to get your gear you can select from the FedEx Air offerings.

    Shipping costs can be estimated by placing an item or items in your cart and entering your shipping/billing information. After clicking "Continue", the charge will auto-populate with the default option, but you can select other options at that time as well. You can also contact us for an estimated shipping cost but the other method is faster.
